How do I create an account?
Use the registration page, provide accurate profile information, select your country, add your mobile number with country code, accept the terms, and verify your email if verification is required.
Why is my course locked?
Protected lessons may require approved paid access, active trial access, or administrator permission. Pending payments do not unlock paid lessons until approved.
How do payments work?
Submit the required invoice information and transaction reference. Administrators review payment requests and approve or reject them based on verification.
Where can I see progress?
Learners can review courses, lessons, progress, payments, and certificates from the learner dashboard after signing in.
How are certificates issued?
Certificates are issued only when configured eligibility rules are satisfied, including account, access, completion, and duplicate-prevention checks.
